Our Story

Ariel Igli — Co-Owner & Plant Health Specialist
Born and raised in Colorado, Ariel's love for the landscape industry started at home — her dad always had her and her brothers out in the yard, while her mom instilled a deep appreciation for the environment and the living things within it. That foundation led her to Colorado State University in Fort Collins, where she studied Environmental Horticulture with a double concentration in Turf Management and Landscape Design & Contracting, along with a minor in Horticulture.
After graduating, Ariel spent 12 years growing her career at a landscaping company, working her way up and earning her certification as a Qualified Supervisor for Pesticide Applications. Now, she's channeling everything she's learned into building something of her own — alongside her husband Matthew — for homeowners who want outdoor spaces done right. When you work with Brooks Landscape, you can count on Ariel's expertise, her eye for plant health, and her genuine commitment to quality work done with excellence.

Matthew Igli — Co-Owner & General Manager
A Colorado State University graduate with a degree in Environmental Horticulture and a concentration in Landscape Design & Contracting, Matthew's passion for creating beautiful outdoor spaces has been with him since his time in Fort Collins. That academic foundation grew into more than a decade of real-world experience blending creative design with strong, practical leadership.
Matthew started his career in the field — leading installation crews, operating heavy equipment, and building high-end landscapes from the ground up. Those early years gave him an honest, hands-on understanding of what it truly takes to turn a great idea into a finished space. He especially loves walking clients through complex design decisions and helping them see possibilities they hadn't imagined.
Known for bringing teams together, keeping projects on track, and building lasting client relationships, Matthew is passionate about creating outdoor spaces people will love for years to come. At Brooks Landscape, he works alongside Ariel every day, combining his design expertise and operational know-how with her specialized knowledge in plant health and maintenance — together delivering remarkable results across Northern Colorado.
